Who we are
Reba's Spiritual Way, home of Reba's Talismans, is run by [Legal business name] ("we", "us", "our"), [Registered address]. Company number: [Company number]. VAT number: [VAT number].
You can reach us at [hello@yourdomain.com] or [Phone number]. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old.
Our one-of-a-kind pieces
- Every talisman is unique. Each one is wire-wrapped by hand, so there is only one of each piece in the shop.
- The photos show the actual piece you will receive, not a sample. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Natural stones vary. Inclusions, veins, small natural marks and changes in colour or translucency are part of each stone's character, not faults.
- Measurements are approximate, as each piece is handmade.
- To look after your talisman, keep it away from water, perfumes and chemicals, and handle the wire gently.
Ordering and our contract
- Add your chosen pieces to your bag and go to checkout.
- Check your order, delivery details and total, then place your order and pay.
- We will email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you begins when we send that email.
Because each piece is one of a kind, it can very occasionally sell to someone else at the same moment. If we can't accept your order for that reason, or because of an obvious pricing error, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full. If you would like, we can suggest a similar piece.
You can correct mistakes in your details before you place your order. If you notice an error afterwards, email us straight away.
These terms are available in English only. We keep a record of your order, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.
Channelled Commissions
A Channelled Commission is a personalised piece made for you from your intention and preferences.
- We will agree the details, price and timeframe with you before you pay. Making a commission usually takes 10 to 14 days, then it is dispatched.
- Each commission is a creative, intuitive piece made with natural materials. We will follow your agreed choices (such as stone, metal and size), but the exact look of the finished piece is guided by the stones themselves.
- Your intention note is optional and only used with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy.
Prices and currency
- Our prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- You can view prices in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). These are indicative conversions for your convenience.
- You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
- Prices may change from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
Payment
You pay in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or through PayPal. Your payment is processed securely by them; we never see or store your full card details.
Payments are automatically checked for fraud. If a payment is declined, we won't take your order, and you're welcome to try another method or contact us.
Delivery
Ready-made talismans are dispatched within 2 working days, and every parcel is tracked. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and estimated times for each region are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but if we haven't delivered within 30 days of your order (or the date we agreed), you can cancel and get a full refund.
Your piece is our responsibility until it reaches you or someone you've nominated to receive it.
Import duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be charged import duties, import VAT or sales tax, and a carrier handling fee when it arrives. Unless we clearly say otherwise at checkout, you are the importer of record and are responsible for these charges. They are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Where we collect import taxes at checkout (for example under the EU Import One-Stop Shop for eligible parcels), we will show this clearly before you pay, and you won't be charged them again on delivery.
If you refuse a parcel or don't pay the charges, it will usually be returned to us. We will then refund you as if you had cancelled under your right to cancel, which means we may deduct the cost of returning it to us.
Rules vary by country, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Your right to cancel
Our 30-day promise
You can change your mind about a ready-made talisman within 30 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive it. No reason needed.
Your statutory right. By law (the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and in the EU the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from receipt to cancel. Our 30-day promise includes and extends that right; it doesn't replace it.
How to cancel
- Tell us clearly within 30 days, by email to [hello@yourdomain.com]. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to the address we give you. Please see how to return.
Refunds
- We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid (if you cancel the whole order) within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you giving us proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of our standard option.
- We refund using the same payment method you used, at no charge to you.
- You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or not as described.
Condition of returned items
Please return your talisman unworn, in its original packaging, and send it tracked and insured. You may handle it as you would in a shop, to see that it is right for you. If it has been handled more than that (for example, worn) and has lost value as a result, the law allows us to reduce your refund to reflect this.
Model cancellation form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel. You can copy it into an email.

Channelled Commissions and cancellation
Channelled Commissions are made to your specifications and clearly personalised for you. The law therefore doesn't give a right to cancel them once ordered (regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), and our 30-day promise doesn't apply to them.
This doesn't affect your rights if a commission is faulty or not as agreed; see below. If you change your mind soon after ordering, please tell us straight away, and we'll see what we can do.
Faulty items and your statutory rights
We take great care with every piece, but if something is wrong, we'll put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they aren't, you are entitled to:
- within 30 days of delivery: a full refund;
- within 6 months: a repair or replacement. Because each piece is one of a kind, we will usually offer a repair or a full refund. If a repair doesn't work, you can have a refund;
- after 6 months: a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund if that isn't possible, although you may need to show the fault was there on delivery.
You can bring a claim for up to 6 years after delivery in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, or 5 years in Scotland. If you live in the EU, you have at least the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under your local law.
Natural features of the stones, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by accident or not following the care guidance are not faults.
If you think your piece is faulty, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. For more information, contact Citizens Advice in the UK, or your local consumer organisation.
Wellbeing note
Our talismans are handmade jewellery, created to support your own spiritual practice, reflection and intention-setting. Any descriptions of a stone's meaning or traditional associations reflect spiritual and cultural traditions, not scientific claims.
We make no medical, psychological or financial claims. Crystals and talismans are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. If you have a health, mental health or financial concern, please speak to a qualified professional.
Our liability
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as we sell to customers for personal use only.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
Talismans contain small parts and wire ends. Please keep them away from young children and pets.
Other important terms
- Events outside our control: if something beyond our reasonable control delays your order, we'll tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to limit the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.
- Our designs and photographs belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
- Your privacy: we use your information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to these terms: we may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
- If a court decides that part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
- The contract is between you and us. No one else has rights under it.
Complaints and disputes
If you're unhappy, please email [hello@yourdomain.com] first. We aim to reply within [3] working days and resolve things fairly and quickly.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it. If you live in the EU and we can't resolve a problem together, a European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help with cross-border complaints, free of charge.
We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service, but [we are willing to use [ADR provider] / we will consider ADR on a case-by-case basis].
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights.
