How we ask for consent
- Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the shop can't work without them. The law (including the UK's PECR and the EU ePrivacy rules) doesn't require consent for these.
- Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default. Their scripts don't load at all until you opt in.
- Saying no is as easy as saying yes. Our cookie banner gives "Reject all" and "Accept all" equal weight, plus a way to choose by category.
- Closing the banner without choosing means no non-essential cookies are used.
- We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again. You can change your mind at any time.

Analytics
Analytics cookies would help us understand which pages are useful and where the site could be easier to use. They are off by default and only load if you opt in.
| Name | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [Cookie names] | [Analytics provider] | [Cookie / local storage] | Counts visits and shows how people use the site, in aggregate | [Duration] |
Marketing
Marketing cookies would help us see whether our adverts on other sites are working, and show adverts to people who may be interested. They are off by default, only load if you opt in, and are always switched off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
| Name | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [Cookie names] | [Advertising pixel, e.g. Meta Pixel] | [Cookie / pixel] | Measures the results of our adverts and helps show them to relevant people | [Duration] |
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells websites you don't want your information sold or shared. If your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing cookies for that browser, and we won't ask you to turn them on.
You can check whether your browser is sending GPC on Your Privacy Choices.
Older "Do Not Track" settings have no agreed standard, so we rely on GPC and your choices in Cookie settings instead.
Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page, or here:
When you withdraw consent, we stop loading those scripts straight away. Cookies they already set may stay in your browser until they expire, so you may also want to clear them yourself.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Look for "Privacy", "Cookies" or "Site data". If you block strictly necessary items, your bag and checkout may not work.
Updates and contact
We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies, and change the "Last updated" date. If we add a new non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
